EDM Graphite Grades

Each of our EDM graphite grades has been tailored for a specific range of electrode applications with benchmarked performance characteristics.

With our 50 years in the industry we have developed the best balance of metal removal rates, low electrode wear, and fine surface finish. Our EDM Electrode materials provide excellent total cost of ownership. Our manufacturing process is tightly controlled to provide you with consistent performance from block to block, year to year. Our educated applications engineers are available to assist with grade selection and machine parameters for your specific applications.

Our graphite grades are available as billets, semi-finished rods, blocks, and plates.
